Tights yes or no? This is the awful question that I ask myself every morning when I wake up during this early Spring with summery temperatures and winter wind.
Well, as the last time that I said no to tights I was sick the day after, I decided that for now it is tights yes! Especially when I wear dresses and skirts and not only because I am afraid of getting a cold but also because I’m horrified of showing my pale white legs!! I need a bit of sun before going bare legs and I hate self-tanners so I guess I will need to go to the seaside as soon as possible.
For now, I hide my legs under dark tights and dark clothes (I know, another black outfit….).
For a Saturday morning brunch in Milan with a friend I decided to finally wear my new H&M black lace dress (so hard to find one that I liked and that didn’t look like I’m wearing granny’s clothes) and I decided to mix a bit the fabrics as I wore it with a very old leather jacket (almost vintage!) and my shoes of the year (just to add a bit of color!), a pair of blue velvet Chelsea boots from the Italian label Madame Cosette.
I am totally in love with these boots: as I saw them for the first time on Instagram I decided that I really wanted them but I decided to wait until winter sales to get myself this special treat! They are handmade in Italy and super comfortable and stylish at the same time.
